Krav Maga Complete ("KMC", "we") is an independent Krav Maga school teaching adults, teens and juniors across Blackpool and the Fylde coast. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at kravmagacomplete@gmail.com or on 07736 741232.
When you book a trial through this website we collect the details you type into the booking form. For adult bookings that is your first and last name, email address, phone number and chosen venue. For junior bookings we collect the parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, your child's first name, and the chosen venue. If you contact us by email, phone or Facebook we hold whatever you choose to send us.
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
We use booking details to reserve your place, take payment, confirm your session by email and get in touch about your class — processing that is necessary to provide the service you asked for. We may also add you to our mailing list to tell you about class news, schedule changes and offers; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.
Trial payments are processed by GoCardless Ltd, an FCA-authorised payment institution. When you pay, you are redirected to GoCardless and your bank details are entered there — they never touch our website and we never see or store them.
Like most small businesses we use a handful of trusted providers to run the site and communicate with you: Vercel hosts the website and keeps short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) for security; GoCardless processes payments; Resend delivers our booking confirmation emails; Mailchimp stores our mailing list; and Google provides the embedded venue map and web fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google when a page loads. Each provider only receives what it needs to do its job and processes it under its own privacy terms.

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run your sessions and meet our accounting obligations, then deleted. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Emails and messages are kept only as long as they are useful for dealing with your enquiry.
Junior bookings are always made by a parent or guardian — we only ever collect a child's first name, supplied by the parent, so the instructor knows who is on the mat. We never market to children and never collect information from them directly through this website.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email kravmagacomplete@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged to mailing-list subscribers by email.
